DESCRIPTION:This month we will be focusing on defending from the ground.   All students should come to class in regular street clothes; make sure to wear shirts or tops that if they get damaged\, you would be okay with it.  Be sure to wear shoes that are free of any dirt\, pebbles or debris.  This is a great class to bring a friend or family member to learn concepts and techniques for self-defense. \nJunior class: 4pm – 4:50pm \nAdults: 6pm  – 7:25pm
